Mauve Pearl has light mauve skin and mauve hair in a triangular ponytail. Her eyes are black, unlike most pearls.
She has a mauve dress with puffed sleeves. The skirt has gradient-like layers that get darker. She has slightly lighter mauve ballet flats.

Mauve Pearl appears to slightly sour.

When Tiffany Stone found out that her defective gems had fled, she replaced them.
